About Me

Hello There! I’m Savannah, the creator, and author of SavvyHealth. I’m an entrepreneur, advocate for health and nutrition, and inspired to help others become the best versions of themselves.
I graduated cum laude from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a biology major and a chemistry minor. While taking biochemistry in my final semester of college, I fell in love with nutrition. Learning about how the foods we eat and the products we use affect us on the molecular level was fascinating but terrifying because it truly made me understand the consequences of living an unhealthy lifestyle.


In 9 months, I went from 160lb to 115 lb (yes, 45 lb!). I dedicated my life to eating better, exercising daily, and meditating. Over time it became a wonderful lifestyle.
